    Visited pentagon Loughborough Was looking at cars and I saw one which caught my eye I explained to the assistant Raphael it was exact colour make and mileage I wanted and asked to go for a test drive. He replied he wasn’t going to take me for a JOY RIDE ayes he said that until I confirmed I wanted the car. I said I had the cash with me and that I would be not wasting his time or mine and I was a serious guy in fact we were looking for 2 cars. His tone change eyes narrowed and he became very aggressive saying he would not be letting me drive it until I confirmed I wanted to buy. Which I thought was strange as other car showrooms take you out happily to let you get the feel of the car. He really wasn’t a nice person to deal with and at that point we left. We weee 99% going to buy the car just wanted a short drive in it. We went to another showroom down the road and told them during a conversation what happened and they were shocked. It’s 6 am today and I am still upset at his attitude. Never experienced anything like this.

    Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Steve Whitaker and Bradley shirt. honestly I couldn’t thank them both more. What a great service from both of them from start to finish. I I couldn’t recommend anybody more. I would never get a car from anyone else other than them Top class service. Honest to God these guys are amazing and what an amazing dealership it is. They’re all just great people I’ll definitely be going back for my next car

    My car was booked in on Monday 8th April 2024 for diagnostics. I received a notification at 11:10am via the FordPass app that my car was being worked on. I tried calling the dealership starting at 13:10 and all 10 calls during an hour period were not answered, I had to turn up at the dealership to find out was was going on. My car was then booked for Thursday 18th April 2024 for a part to be replaced following on from the diagnostics. I rang around 15:40 for an update. The gent I spoke to didn’t even know my car was at the dealership waiting to be fixed, work hadn’t been started and told me it would only be fixed the following day or the following week. I was then toldour technician said as a good will gesture he will take another technician off another job to start yourswhich isn’t a good will gesture at all. It’s doing the job that it was booked in to be done anyway. I was then contacted an hour later to be told that the wrong part had been ordered/sent and it would only be fixed the following day. Bar the lady, Jess, I spoke to on the second call who I could not fault as she was brilliant and very apologetic, the rest of my experience was very poor and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealership unless like on this occasion it is absolutely necessary.

    Bought a 2nd hand car from here last October. There was a small issue that required attention and a spare part. On several occasions since then, we have chased this up only to be told that they are waiting for the part to come in. I still believe they never even ordered it and kept blaming the supplier. There has been no communication from them to keep us updated even though we had asked frequently for feedback. Their lack of customer care and after sales collaboration is appalling. We have never had such a poor experience with a car dealership than this one. 6 months after buying the car, we have got rid. Neither do we endorse or recommend Pentagon for buying a car from.

    Reserved a car on the Friday. Emailed them twice about viewing and purchasing the vehicle. Nobody got back to me so reserved it again and tried to get in contact to view and buy it again only to be told it was sold on the Saturday despite it being reserved. What’s the point in reserving and having the ability to buy online if they sell it on you anyway. I thought something wasn’t right because normally you would be hounded by them. Would never buy or attempt from them again.

    Car was booked in online for an Interim service . I was emailed back the following day confirming this . On the day of the service everything was clearly explained , work was carried out to a high and thorough standard , and I left there knowing my car had been in safe hands . I will be back there for a Main service next year .

    I collected my new Fiesta from Pentagon St Helens today and have been delighted with the level of service provided throughout the buying process. I dealt with Mark from first viewing to collection and this provided continuity and made the whole process comfortable. Mark provided all the information that I needed - and a lot I didn't know that I needed! There was no hard sell, just friendly advice and guidance throughout. I fully recommend Pentagon St Helens to anyone and want to say 'Thank you' for all their help and support.

    We bought a used Dacia Sandero from Charles Linford. A good deal was offered. After a couple of days, we changed our mind on the extras, which Charles removed with no problem. The purchase procedure was quite complex but Charles was very patient and professional.
