The Motability scheme is straightforward and simple, with your local Motability specialist there to help guide you through the entire process. Our specialists are regularly recognised for their outstanding customer service so you can have complete peace of mind that the whole experience will be stress-free.
1) Find Your New Motability Car
Search all our Motability deals online or head down to your local Pentagon dealership to take a look at the cars available. Once you’ve found a car you like please get in touch to book a test drive. If you think the vehicle will need to be adapted in some way your local Motability specialist will be on hand to help you assess its suitability.
2) Place Your Order
Once you’ve been on a test drive and found your perfect vehicle the Motability specialist will be able to talk through all the options available on the vehicle (if you want to add any) and order your new car. To order your vehicle you will need to provide photo ID and your letter of entitlement (if you’re not sure what this is just get in touch).
3) Pick Up Your Brand New Car
When your car is ready to collect the Motability specialist will contact you to arrange the car’s collection at a time to suit you. When you arrive at the dealership the Motability specialist will talk you through all the features of the car (and check that any adaptions that have been made are perfect for your needs). You can then drive away and start enjoying your brand new car.
4) We Keep In Touch
Our Motability specialists will be available at any point before or during your agreement to answer any questions you may have and offer advice. After 1000 miles or a month of driving the vehicle we advise customers to bring their car back in to us so it can be checked over to ensure everything is working well. We will then contact you each year to book your vehicle in for its annual service. With all servicing, repair, maintenance and most other costs included for the full 3 years all you will need to pay for is the fuel!
5) Choosing Your Next Car
Three months before the agreement ends our Motability specialist will be in contact again to begin the process of choosing your next new car so that we can get it ordered and ready for when your current agreement ends.
As part of the agreement you can expect a brand new car with 3 years routine servicing, repairs, replacement tyres, replacement windows and windscreen, road tax, comprehensive insurance (for two people), breakdown cover (provided by the RAC) and a 60,000 mile allowance included. Our Motability specialists will always be on hand to guide you through the whole process and answer any questions you may have.
