    We bought a £14k car from them with extended warranty. The car broke down on the way from the dealership to our house. We were told this is not covered by the extended warranty. Advertised as a full service history, all available online. Turns out that was not true. We called every hour to speak to someone who could help as they are quite reluctant to answer their phone line. After a week they agreed to take the car in for repairs and give us a tiny mx5 while we wait. It has been A MONTH and we’ve had no communication and again can’t reach them over the phone or email.     Very poor service so far, paid deposit for used car , constantly having to chase the sales guy concerned, still waiting for a call back , management there need to start kicking some backsides , golden rule of sales , always call the customer back , if you don’t they will,

    Our car was written off after a recent no fault accident. It’s years since we’ve bought a car and felt a little intimidated especially with all the electronics and gadgetry on newer cars. With the help of a friend we saw 2 cars at Pentagon Barnsley and went to see them. The whole experience was a very easy journey and we never once felt we were being pushed to buy. The salesman Bradley was very pleasant and polite and he listened to us and what we wanted rather than him telling us what HE thought we needed. I took two cars for a test drive and nothing was too much troublewe eventually bought the second car we collect it soon. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a car…it was altogether a very pleasant experience.

    Sales guys are great and the service from them is also great, but service from Peugeot/Stellantis is not.

    I took my car here recently, for my first ever service/interaction since being a Peugeot owner. I was impressed initially with the speed with which they could book me in - it was to look at a small issue under warranty, and perform a couple of recalls. Other dealers told me that they had a 6-week lead time on appointments, but Pentagon fitted me in a couple of days later. When I dropped the car off, they were helpful and friendly, and the service manager took the time to go out to the car with me and really seemed to take on board my explanations of the problem and my vague theories about what the cause might be. The work was done satisfactorily, the fix was explained to me well, and I booked in my service there and then since I was so impressed with the service. Looking forward to future work as a Peugeot owner with this as my first-choice centre!

    Booked a test drive - rang up on the day to confirm and they said all was fine but I wanted to check as we had a 11/2 drive - so I said can you double check as the car had disappeared off the website - the call centre said I will try ring the garage but they couldn’t get through so said they would email them and ask them to ring me asap - they never rang back! VERY POOR SERVICE - AVOID

    My latest car is the second used vehicle I’ve purchased from pentagon in Barnsley, I returned to them a second time around after Darren R was so helpful the first time. Wanted to pop on and leave a review because Darren has been a great help again recently. Darren being the salesman I appreciate aftersales is not a part of his remit having worked in sales myself. However due to a recent fault on our car we needed help with the warranty and courtesy car. We live a far way from Barnsley so we’re unable to simply pop in. Darren arranged pick up of our car and courtesy car to be delivered and will sort this issue through the warranty taking a big weight of my self and my heavily pregnant fiancées mind. Couldn’t recommend pentagon Barnsley or Darren Roe enough. Like I said this is our second car from him personally and will be back for a 3rd in future Thanks again Darren.

    From when we entered the showroom,we were greeted by Rebecca,made us feel comfortable,went through the process, took us for a test drive,came back and left us time to decide,went through all the paperwork, new what she was talking about,sale completed.would definitely recommend this branch of pentagon, would use again.

    I have now lost count how many times I have told this organisation to take me off their contact lists for any advertising. They have failed to do so every single time. Evidently, Pentagon aren't worried about being fined 4% of their entire global turnover for GDPR breaches.

    The site is undergoing some changes to accommodate BYG resulting in a congested parking facility. A nearby traffic accident meant normal staff had to be substituted. Service was not up to usual standard.

    Ordered some parts for my car nearly 2 weeks ago and was told that I would receive a phone call once they have arrived. I still haven't received a phone call and ever time I try ringing them, there is no answer. How on earth can you run a business like this. Seems to be they are only interested if you wanna buy a car or spend alot of money.

    I have recently part exchanged my car for a used Peugeot Rifter MPV from Pentagon Scunthorpe. They had a Rifter on site but not the model I wanted. Jamie Davies in Sales persevered and eventually found one for me elsewhere. I purchased it unseen on Jamie's assurance it would be in good condition, and if not, I could cancel. It was a big ask but my trust was not misplaced and the car was all he had promised. I was offered a fair price for my part-exchange after which formalities were soon completed in an efficient but friendly manner. Thanks to all the Peugeot team at Scunthrope for looking after me. Particular thanks for Jamie Davies for sourcing my car, ensuring it was just right for me, and always treating me as a valued customer.

    Purchased a used car from Pentagon, Barnsley. The customer service I received was exceptional. Nothing was too much bother. Many thanks to Darren Roe for taking me through the review and buying process. I received a follow up telephone call a few days after geeting my Mokka X. I noted there the handbook was missing. Darren has assured me he will order & send me a replacement. I would not hesitate from using Pentagon Barnsley again. Well done Darren.

    Paid £99 to reserve a car on Friday. A bit later got a call to say I could make an appointment for the Saturday at 1pm and to bring my driving license for a test drive. Half an hour later got a call from George to see if I could make it for 12. I said I would try but couldn't promise I could make it for 12 as it is a 100 mile journey. Got there for 12 and George apologised he couldn't deal with me as he was busy so another salesperson dealt with myself and the wife. When asked which car it was I showed him a picture and gave him the reg, ahh that car hasn't got a black roof but the picture shows it has. So they got the all white car to the frontwe don't want that one but can I take it for a test drive". No I couldn't as it had not been inspected. Waste a time taking my licence then. Fair play to the salesman (didn't get his name) but he went and asked if they could spray or wrap the roof but no they were already losing money on it. So drove another 100 mile home. Got home and looked at the website and it was not advertised any more, so someone somewhere had obviously cocked up then. So begins the search for another car but not from Pentagon

    I got my car from here 2.5 years ago on the Motobility Sceme, when it was Nissan. Today I have dropped my car for a service and to have some faults looked at, which was a seamless process. The main reason for my review though is while I was there, I asked to speak to someone regarding what will happen when my car reaches its 3years and needs to be changed. I was served by a lovely guy called Brad, who could not have been more informative, thorough and welcoming. He showed me some models on the Peugeot side of it now, as Nissan is no longer there and I came away feeling very positive about the next steps. Thank you so much!

    My husband bought a car in October . We were aware there was a problem with the sunroof which they promised to fix before we collected the car. It was not fixed but they advised we could take it to a local Pentagon garage to have the work completed. We then had a lot of hassle and delays with Pentagon Lincoln failing to authorise the work at the local pentagon garage. Eventually they agreed the work would be paid for by them , and we arranged for the car to be booked in for the work to be completed. Took the car in and told 2 to 3 days for the work to be done. Today, nearly TWO Weeks later, we have been told that we can't have the car back as Pentagon Lincoln have not given a PO number, so no car again over the weekendAbsolute joke, do not buy from Pentagon Lincoln, it is not worth the hassle. He loved the car, but this has really take the shine off it

    Apparently pentagon citroen doesn't exist any more. But they have a salesman hanging around waiting to sell the few used citroens left on site, no sign to say where he is or who he is. I wasted half an hour trying to find him. I spoke to about half a dozen employees of pentagon, but none of them were sure where to go except for one young man who rang him and said where I was. Apparently I had found the right place. B. Y. D. 1 DESK, YOU GOT IT NO DESK SIGN. When he came he just wasn't interested or so it seemed. Both my wife and I are disabled, we were both exhausted with the walking backwards and forwards looking for citroen salesman. Considering we had an appointment to see him he was he was a disgrace.

    Fantastic service from Jamie Davies, keeping me up to date with my motability car which I received in 8 weeks from ordering!! Jamie is a miracle worker and so is Derek who chased it down when it got stuck at the port! So very happy with the service and the customer support was truly amazing Thank you so much!!
