    Terrible company. DONT BUY FROM HERE . We ordered a car and we were promised time after time delivery and the car never arrived . We were finally promised delivery at 7 am today and we were awake at 6.30am to be text at 8am to say they had not even left Barnsley yet

    Recently purchased a second hand vehicle from the Scunthorpe branch. The staff were particularly friendly and put me at ease as we arranged a test drive and a part exchange valuation. Following a satisfactory test drive and generous trade in allowance I purchased the vehicle. Although the sales agant Lee, had to offer extra products during the sale there was nothing forceful or pressurising during our discussions. The whole experience of buying this car was pleasurable and I would highly recommend the staff and the garage to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.

    Fantastic service department, I have had lots of vehicles over the years and the customer service has never matched Pentagon in Barnsley.

    I will not be using the Peugeot dealership and would advise anyone who’s thinking of doing so to be very, very careful! Yesterday, a man who I guess works behind the main desk got into an argument with a customer, and then he offered the customer to take the matter outside, threatening to fight him! I appreciate that customers can sometimes be challenging, and even aggressive, but the appropriate way to deal with such a matter is to either refuse service and ask the person to leave, or if necessary to contact the police. Aggressive behaviour should not be engaged with, and it especially shouldn’t be offered up by an official employee! I am absolutely appalled by this and I hope the management have taken appropriate measures and fired this employee for gross misconduct. This man is clearly a danger not only for customers, but probably to other employees too, who I can only assume have felt shaken by the incident. I would recommend anyone thinking about going to Peugeot here, go elsewhere instead, at least until this employee has been fired - 0 starsI have since seen your response to the above review and think it is a cheap attempt at damage limitation. I can assure you there was no misunderstanding. If a female member of staff is being threatened, my sympathies go out to her as I appreciate how frightening that can be. Regardless, the police should be called. The male member of staff was not offering to escort the customer from the premises. Slamming doors, swearing, and offering someone out is not an appropriate way to escort a customer. Calling another member of staff over to deal with it so he doesn’t punch the customer, and stating that he doesn’t care about his job also doesn’t seem like a misconstrued escort? Discussing the matter with you personally won’t resolve much. I am not the customer who was in the situation, but it is incredibly important to highlight these kinds of dangerous acts to others, as doing so may alert managers to future threats and issues, and protect people. I work in management and know that I would want to be alerted to such events, and so I am doing the same here. Might I suggest the male member of staff learn how to appropriately conduct himself at work? I understand you cannot publicly condemn your employee on a google review, but I truly do hope that you deal with this matter behind closed doors. That man is a ticking time bomb and it’s only a matter of time until he costs your company money, customers, and more.

    Hii Lisa, we’re sorry you felt you had to leave us a 1-star review. It seems there has been a misunderstanding of the situation. A customer visited Pentagon Lincoln regarding an Ad Blu fault on their vehicle. Our staff explained the possible scenarios with the customer, who was not satisfied with the options given. During the conversation, the customer became aggressive, towered over and shouted at our female service advisor. A male service advisor offered to escort the customer from the premises, which was misconstrued. Afterwards, the customer explained he was going through a private situation we will not discuss here, apologised to all members of our team and even left them a tip as an extra apology. Our team accepted the customers apology and hold no ill will towards him. We do not condone violence or threatening behaviour and any instances of such would be dealt with appropriately, however that was not the case in this situation.     Amazing experience. My coolant cap got broken and stuck inside the tank, called up the parts team for Vauxhall, got through and managed to get a new cap immediately. I’m a young female with no knowledge about cars and when I came to the store to pick it up, Reece was very welcoming, and went beyond and above expectations by installing it for me (without me even having to ask). This was greatly appreciated. This employee managed to relieve my car anxieties instantly. I’m very thankful.

    DO NOT take your car for a diagnostic checkthey will NOT give you a print out of what it says the fault is and they will charge you for the most expensive repair they can. Took my C4 in for a diagnostic check after a warning on the dash 31st Oct I was expecting to read the print out on collection of the carSorry we don't do printouts

    26 October 2023 My Identical twin purchased a Peugeot 308EV, within a couple of months he advised the sales department that the LED internal lights were not working (mood lighting) so they advised him to ring the service department and book it in under warranty. Eventually it was done. The car never performed as well as the sales person advisedAnyway, he sold the car back to them and bought a Peugeot 3008. A couple of days driving the car he noticed the car was not restarting after it had stopped. He rang the garage, it was like. Déjà vu all over again. Oh ring the service department and book it in and we will look at it. I'm beginning to think this garage knowingly buys the cars (like the EV and heating isn't working) they put them straight back on the sales forecourt and they just wait for people like you and I to come back, buy the car, notice a fault and then get you to book it in to service for repair. My twin had taken his EV back saying the heating wasn't working. Nevertheless they put it up for sale right away. I would advise you check all functions when buying a used car.

    Worse customer service I have ever experience. Wanted to book a recall but they wanted to charge £20 for a collection and delivery or a courtesy car. As like most people I work to earn a living & Pentagon do not open on Saturday mornings anymore. Went through the whole booking got to the end & was told it was £20. When approached Nissan customer service to pay they didn't want to know. I do not see why I have to pay for a recall. My husband rang as he booked a holiday to take in the car 3 weeks away & he told the advisor at the beginning of the call the date. She went through the whole booking & then said there was no availability. We have booked at Harratts Nissan much better customer care.

    I recently purchased a 2020 Vauxhall Astra - I dealt with Paul Askew. Not only was he extremely friendly and informative. The finance was arranged with no issues and the whole deal was concluded smoothly. I will be back once the new fully electric Grandland is released next year.     I have recently bought a car from Pentagon in Scunthorpe and was delighted to meet our sales man, Jamie. Jamie was nothing but helpful and an incredible sales man. Not only did he make sure the car was perfectly serviced, MOT and fit for the roads, he also had the idea of putting the car under a cover for collection (since I was collecting on my birthday) which is something they don't usually do. I'm very impressed with the service provided even after the car has been bought over a week ago, with follow up emails asking if any assistance is needed. If you are looking at buying from Pentagon, I highly recommend asking for Jamie as you sales man!

    The ambient lighting wasn’t working on my new / used e208 Peugeot, purchased from Pentagon Barnsley. I must give a special mention to Deborah since she took control of the issue, got my car booked in and even got me a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired. Collected car today, all 100% so very happy with the service. Thank you to all involved.

    Recently taken delivery of a Corsa from Pentagon Vauxhall Lincoln. The service was excellent from the initial test drive and the handover with Harry . All the relevant information and questions were handled in a very professional and friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend Pentagon.

    Just took my car to be looked at. Got 3 years spoticar cover. Got to pentagon Lincoln. To be told I have to pay £120. For the first hour. For them to look at it. Not even had it a year. The car is juddering and losing power. This charge was not said to me. The bloke I spoke to tried to call me a lier. How dare he. I know what was saidWhy should I pay when they sell you 3 years warrenty. Disgusting. Will never deal with this company again. More bothered that my car is due its service next month. Not about the problem in question. 5 days I have been waiting for a call back regarding my request to cancel the 3 years spoticar..as I'm now getting rid of the car. Spoke to someone this morning who didnt have a clue. Told me I would receive a call back within 15 minutes still waiting. Left another voicemail with the accounts team. Still nothing. Spoke to customer care team. Still no closer to getting this issue resolved. All I'm wanting is a refund for the 3 years spoticar cover.

    I bought a car from pentagon in Lincoln all done through the internet car only came with 1 key fob told I would get a new replacement fob all this was In July this year fob arrived weeks later I now have to get it programed still waiting for the payment to enable me to program the fob. Keep away from pentagon
