Your CARE Programme membership will be activated as soon as your new vehicle is registered and on the road. You will be given your own dedicated Customer Liaison Executive who will contact you throughout your truck’s warranty period to ensure you are happy with both its performance and with the service you receive from our dealer network. The CARE team are always on hand to answer any questions that you may have and are only too happy to help.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your truck, we have over 60 service centres throughout the UK who are committed to ensuring that you get back on the road again as soon as possible.

*Excluding paintwork, bodywork and ancillary equipment on the entire product range. This warranty is offered subject to the vehicles being purchased and maintained within the UK and following our service and maintenance schedules using Isuzu approved partners.
Included in our warranty package is automatic free registration with Isuzu Assist, our emergency breakdown service. We’ve built a network of service dealers throughout the UK who will attend to you and your vehicle at roadside as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown. All of our operators have been trained to a high standard on Isuzu products and the vast majority of times will be able to repair your vehicle at the roadside.
