The Nissan Juke has been one of Britain’s favourite crossovers since it was introduced in 2010. The versatile vehicle made waves with its iconic styling and presence, becoming the perfect mini SUV for the modern driver. Now ready to expand this popularity even further, Nissan has unveiled a personalisation programme that promises prospective Juke buyers an incredible array of new choices, each better than the last.
According to Nissan, prospective buyers will soon be allowed to use the Juke as their personal canvas, expressing their creative style in a completely new way. The personalisation programme will offer them the ability to select from 11 different exterior styles and designs that will come in eight different colours.
Several important features have been highlighted ahead of the programmes release. Components such as the Juke’s 17-inch alloy wheels, roof spoilers, side sills, as well as headlamp finishes will be available in eight different colours. The company also added three new trim colours in the coming months: “Electric Blue, Matt Black and Black purple, along with a new design of 18-inch wheels that come in Silver, Black and Diamond cut metallic grey finishes.”
The new customisable features have also extended into the interior, with four different areas now customised with the same colour pallets as the exterior. Amongst these is the centre console which can now be “specified in one of seven different colours or finishes, along with the door finishers.” According to Nissan, “tweeters and air vents will be available with eight different options, while even the floor mats will come with optional colour stitching.”
Drivers will be able to visualise all these features by using Nissans new 3D configurator. The powerful module allows users to rotate a high-resolution, photographic-quality version of the car before their eyes, adding and subtracting features to their content before they order their custom Juke.
