Pentagon Dealerships Win Coveted Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards
Vauxhall team members at Pentagon dealerships are celebrating once again after picking up Customer Excellence Awards for 2017. Dealerships in Burton upon Trent and Derby were awarded the prestigious Gold Award, the highest award possible, as 2017 was the sixth consecutive year that their outstanding levels of customer service have been recognised by Vauxhall.
Pentagon dealerships in Lincoln and Nottingham have also received awards from Vauxhall for their impressive levels of customer service.
To celebrate this special accolade, Vauxhall Aftersales Director, Andy Robson, presented David White (Regional Director) and Paul Bustin (General Manager at Pentagon Burton upon Trent) and their teams with a special Gold Customer Excellence Award. He also handed over an award to Frank Worboys and his Nottingham team for their exceptional customer service scores over the year.
Vauxhall’s Marketing Director, Simon Oldfield, visited Pentagon Vauxhall in Lincoln to hand over the award to General Manager Richard Wagstaffe, who accepted it alongside the Vauxhall team there.

Only a small number of retailers in the UK receive this award, which is given to dealerships who post the highest and most impressive combined scores in Vauxhall’s Customer Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction Surveys, calculated at the end of 2017. Customers are invited to take part in the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction programme following the purchase of a new car or van and following a visit to the workshop.
