The Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards have been running for 8 years to identify and celebrate dealerships which provide the best quality of service to it’s customers. Only a small number of dealerships are recognised with the Customer Excellence Award each year and 2019 marks the 7th year in a row that Pentagon Derby and Burton have taken home the coveted award.
Award winners are decided through Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction surveys sent out to every customer who purchases a new Vauxhall or has their vehicle serviced; the retailers with the best combined recommendation scores are given the Customer Excellence Award. Therefore, to be an award winner, dealerships must be consistent in the high level of service provided across all departments and over the year.
