The Vauxhall Ampera and Chevrolet Volt have today won the ‘Car of the Year’ award, with the highest score of 47 points coming from COTY’s UK jurors.
By handing victory to the revolutionary electric vehicles, the panel of judges, made up of 59 leading automotive journalists from 23 European nations, paid tribute to General Motors’ innovative foresight.
