    Shockingly poor service all round. Bought a second hand car and did a part ex. Because I didn't have the V5 at the time of the trade in I was told there was a refundable deposit of £250. Fair enough, but then it took me nearly 2 months to get the money back, despite sending the V5 recorded signed for delivery the next week and calling the sales agent every fortnight until I ran out of patience and called them out on their "he will call you back, I've told him it's urgent" nonsense and complained directly to Seat UK, which got me a call back the next day. I then had a couple of issues with the vehicle (Squeaking brakes, screen display kept freezing every time you turn the car on, Sliding door jamming half open and a duff battery) All of these I reported to them about a week after this and their response was I'd have to pay £160 diagnostic fee and if they determined the issues weren't warranty coverable then they'd keep that, or if it was then I'd get it refunded. They said they'd call me back to arrange for the car to go in to them and guess what, 3 months later, still waiting for that call. They're absolutely useless, like worse than awful. I bought a new battery in the end and fitted it myself, what's the point in paying them the cost of a new battery when quite frankly I've zero confidence in them refunding it anyway, even if they did decide it was a warranty issue. Oh and don't bother paying the £250 pentagon assurance nonsense or whatever it is, it's useless and doesn't actually do anything apart from ensure the car has 2 keys (which frankly they just should do anyway) and some updates to the stereo which you can either do yourself or don't really need. Thought Pentagon would be better than that, but nope, seriously poor service all round, don't believe a word they say because once they have your money they don't actually care. Also now the digitiser is going faulty in the touch screen meaning I can't press certain buttons without tapping the screen about 50 times. Seeing as I've independently paid to get carplay unlocked (You'd think it would be on a top of the range 2017 Seat costing £18,500 second hand and probably £30,000-£40,000 new 6 years ago would have had that feature that most Vauxhall Corsa's have, but apparently not! Didn't even have the right port to be able to take an iphone!) and them changing the unit will erase that most likely, even if they agree it's actually a fault, I may as well just pay to fix the one I have. Utter and complete waste of space at Pentagon. I've had better post sales service from Carcraft and that's saying something!

    Bought a car from here last week that I’m so happy with, and dealt with a salesman named Asif. He was AMAZING. Made us feel so comfortable and made the process very easy. I’d never financed a car before so didn’t know what to expect but Asif made it feel very simple. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s looking into buying a car from SEAT.     Absolutely brilliant service. I got a Cupra thanks to Michelle Westall (who is fabShe explained everything to to me, answered all my questions, however silly they might of seemed. She made sure I was fully updated throughout the process and just made me so at ease and took all stress of getting a new car away from me! Would highly recommend. Fantastic !

    I use to work here the service manger Gary is a disgrace he would make me do cam belts and not supply a new tensioner he would damage cars that had been repaired and try to get me sacked the lad in parts told me I can't eat baconwhen I'm a Catholic and the rude fat girls on the service desk have a attitude u can smell from Manchester Town Hall the technitions there are pure gimpoids the standards of repairs here are very low and the staff anit got a clue ur better off in a back street garage than this joke shop

    Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car! The service they provided was 10 out of 10, from the day I went to have a look around to the day I collected the car. Sam especially was very helpful, he is very friendly, welcoming, informative and professional. He went above and beyond! He sat down with me and spent time breaking up the process and going through it step by step. He ensured to keep me updated by phone calls and emails throughout the whole process, as well as David who was also very professional and friendly! Thank you so much for your help, you made the whole process nice and easy for me! Most importantly I absolutely love my new car! Very impressed overall

    Unfortunately, there's no option to give a negative rating, but if there were, I would have. We had a Motability appointment scheduled for 4.30pm. The day before, I called to notify that we might arrive around 4.45pm or at the latest, 5pm—since my husband finishes work at 4pm and we were coming from Derby with rush hour traffic at that time. I asked if the appointment could be moved to the above time or cancelled, and the gentleman I spoke to accepted the new proposed time saying it was still okay to arrive late. We got there at 4.50pm (before 5pm) and were ignored for about 5 minutes, in line with the negative reviews I'd read online about how some lease/Motability customers are treated. Finally, one of the sales reps acknowledged us and offered drinks while we waited. Sam, the Motability representative who we were meant to see, was busy with other customers and even when he bumped into me while waiting, he didn't as much as acknowledge us or explain that he was running late and would assist us after wrapping up with the other customers. When we were finally attended to approximately 45 minutes later, at 5.40pm by Sam, he was really curt and abrupt to us, which was contrary to what I had read about him. After some initial forced pleasantries and no apologies from him about keeping us waiting, he hurriedly got some paperwork sorted. I must remark here that he appeared to be in a rush to just get rid of us and go home at 6pm when they were expected to close. After asking if we could test drive the Seat on a dual carriageway, Sam rudely retorted that he couldn't accommodate a test drive at that time since I was LATE. When I explained the situation, mentioning my call the previous day, his response was shockingly dismissive and outright rude and told me he finished work at 6pm and as such will not accommodate the request because it was my fault. I could not imagine how a person in that position would speak to me in that manner. He was downright confrontational, despite me being really calm about his attitude and patiently explaining all over to him that it must have been a miscommunication, given that as far as I was aware, I was not late because I had taken my time the previous day to ask if it was alright for me to come at said time. When I mentioned I did not like his attitude given that I had called earlier to confirm time, he slammed the desktop mouse in frustration at me and stomped off. In all my years, I've never experienced such treatment from someone in a customer-facing role. When I conveyed my decision to skip the test drive due to feeling distressed, he didn't even bother to apologise; he could not care less. Eventually, his colleague intervened and apologised to me and told me he was the one who took the call and put a note on the system for Sam. Despite this, we reluctantly proceeded with the test drive because we had come all the way from Derby; although we did not go on the dual carriage way, and mind youthroughout the drive, Sam was cold and provided minimal information about the car and its features to my husband. One of the worst test drive experiences I ever had, I don't understand why he even bothered. Being treated this way is unacceptable, and I can't help but think it was a personal vendetta. The positive reviews about Sam online were starkly different from our experience. I will never visit a Pentagon sales office again based on this experience. If you're a Motability customer, I strongly advise avoiding this place especially if you resemble me (you can interpret it whatever way you'd like). I initially planned to get the Seat Ateca, which I really liked, but unquestionably won't be obtaining it from here. I'll be going elsewhere.

    Recently purchased a used Cupra Formentor and the whole experience was completely painless from start to finish. After the usual negotiation I received a decent part exchange offer for my old vehicle and the new car was nicely prepared for handover. The sales executive, Jamie was courteous and helpful throughout and even went the extra mile to secure a set of mats for me which had proven difficult to order. I would recommend this dealership.

    VERY UNIMPRESSIVE VISIT. I had an appointment to view a used Audi. Before travelling I asked for a walk around video to be sent. During the video the Salesman described the bodywork as having no marks, on that basis I made an appointment and agreed to travel to see the car. Walking in to the showroom was very underwhelming, no receptionist and only one lady sat at her desk who ignored me. I had to stop a member of staff walking past me for help! When I was presented with the car I was SHOCKED.. Nearly every panel was scratched or chipped and the wheels had corrosion from brake dust. Most of these issues could have been resolved by correct used car preparation. I explained my position to the salesman and left. I am very angry about the whole thing. I wasted a day off work travelling to see the car and also £30 of fuel. A very amateurish operation and a place to avoid.

    My daughter recently bought a used Seat completely unseen from Sam as we are 150 miles away. He was professional and courteous as well as patient with all our queries. He went the extra mile to ensure the sale went smoothly. The car was as exactly as described with no unexpected snags, and we are extremely pleased with the vehicle, and we thank him for all his help.
