Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroen Big Winners in Company Van Today Awards

Vauxhall, Peugeot, and Citroen celebrate big wins in the first-ever Company Van Today awards.

• The inaugural Company Van Today awards jointly crowned the all-new Vauxhall Combo Cargo, all-new Peugeot Partner, and all-new Citroen Berlingo Van the Van of the Year. The triumvirate of vans also picked up award wins in the Light Van of the Year and Technology categories.

  The expert panel of judges rigorously tested the vans and scrutinised all aspects of the vehicles. The judges were particularly impressed by the Overload Indicator which is available in the trio of PSA commercial vehicles. The Overload Indicator warns drivers when the payload reaches 80% of the van's maximum capacity. Overloading a van is not only an offence but can also affect the vehicles handling and fuel consumption whilst putting excessive wear on components like the brakes, suspension, and transmission. Having the overload indicator makes it easy for drivers to avoid committing an offence and optimise running costs.
