Google reviews are one of the most trusted sources of information on businesses, with 84% of people saying they trust the reviews as much as a recommendation from a friend or family member. Part of this trust comes from the fact that customers know they can see all reviews for a company, good or bad, and be confident that nothing has been hidden.
To demonstrate commitment to transparency with current and potential customers, Pentagon has integrated every Google review and rating to their website. The new interface allows customers to read every review posted about the company, along with the companies response to the customer in one place. Reviews can be filtered by star rating and every review is shown with equal prominence with no effort made to present the page as anything but customer’s true and accurate feelings regarding the company.
Head of Marketing, Jonathan Lingham commented, “We have always been completely open with our reviews and fed these on to our website. Regardless of what the reviewer thought of our service we have published the review. However, we know that there can always be the question of whether that is actually true or not. This focus on Google reviews is our way of addressing this.
“Customers can be 100% confident that the reviews on our website give a complete picture of the service from Pentagon Motor Group now because if they are not confident, they can also check the reviews on Google and see that everything has been concluded – we just present the reviews in one convenient, attractive place.”
If you have contacted Pentagon via phone, website enquiry or by visiting a dealership in person, you can leave a review or rating here, regardless of whether you have bought from the company or not.
