The Motability Scheme Dealer Awards
The Motability Scheme Dealer Awards programme rewards best practice and ensures customers receive exemplary customer service across the nationwide car dealer network. With prizes available across nine categories, the awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Scheme to customers, and is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their Motability Scheme performance.
Throughout 2017 a series of quarterly, regional prizes were awarded, and all quarterly winners were nominated for the national awards. In addition to regional success, Pentagon has beaten off competition from throughout the UK to become the overall 2017 national winner.

Award-Winning Service For Every Motability Customer
Celebrating their Motability Scheme Dealer Award win, Emma Mayall, Operations Support Manager at Pentagon, said:

This latest award follows a number of other Motability awards in recent years including commendations in 2015 and 2016 and Sheffield’s Jonathan Bell winning Specialist of the Year last year. Motability Specialist Sue Holding has also been formally recognised this year by Motability for her outstanding work with Motability customers in Rochdale.
Anyone who receives the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment can exchange their weekly payment to lease a new car through the Motability Scheme. Insurance, servicing, RAC breakdown assistance and replacement tyres are included in the cost of the lease.
