Pentagon beat off stiff competition to claim the national accolade in recognition of their expertise, enthusiasm and passion for providing high levels of customer service.
Keith West, General Manager at Pentagon Corporate Fleet, said: “Customer Service is the number one focus at Pentagon and everyone in the team is committed to delivering only the best service to each and every customer. Lex Autolease, the UK's largest fleet management provider, uses the annual Supplier Focus Day to update businesses on Lex Autolease’s current performance and future strategy, and also to allow suppliers a voice in the development and improvement of supplier relationships and customer service.
