    Still awaiting parts missing from my car which I purchased 5 weeks ago. The sales know all about the issue and as of yet the parts haven't been sent to me. Not very good aftersales.

    Poor customer service with pushy sales staff. Don't have an MOT on a friday as they are unable to retest within the 24 hours - which under government guidance can be done for free. Charge £45 (at a discount rate) for wiper bladespure extortion

    Went in to buy the mokka asked for assistance got told to take a seat and wait they don't have enough staff to help. I also asked for leaflets etc got told don't have any, and don't use website will do you a better deal, did not even show us new one or offer to show us around, etc. It was like it was to much hard workWe left very rude ignorant and not honest. We leftCould not be botheredSeems if you moan to much you get kicked out or banned if your intelligent you will go to another garage. Not pentagon...rob dogs.

    Hi, I want to quickly detail my experience after purchasing a faulty second-hand car from Pentagon Motor Group. I am writing the timeline of events so hopefully, this will help future customers and know what to expect. The vehicle was sold to me faulty by Pentagon Motor Group Lincoln on the 12th of June 2021. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund however the dealership refused my request. 13 June 2021 - I reported the fault to the dealership the next day after purchase but have been told I will not receive a refund and gestured togo awayI confronted the manager about consumer rights and the fact that goods can be returned in 30 days if faulty but his exact wording wasthis is not the law. The law does not apply for carsMy exact wording wasYou sold me a faulty car that is not fit for purpose and I request a full refundThe manager’s reply wasI probably did but you will not get a refund, you can contact a solicitor which will contact our solicitorAt the end of the conversation, I’ve asked him for an official letter stating that I have visited the branch and asked for an official refund. The manager (his name is Tony) giggled and saidI will not give you that14 June 2021 - Pentagon's general manager (Mark Dickinson) called to discuss the issue. I have reiterated the issue I had with the car (intermittent engine stalling and cutting off when reversing) and branch manager’s (Tony) attitude. I’ve made him aware that the vehicle is not of satisfactory quality and I want to be refunded in full. Pentagon’s general manager stated that the car must be inspected by themselves before making a decision. During the conversation, I’ve also asked what Pentagon is going to do with the fact that the branch manager (Tony) purposely lied to me (about Consumer Rights) when he statedThis is not the law. The law does not apply for carsI wanted to know how is Pentagon Lincoln going to future protect customers from being offended, lied to and rejected to be provided proof of complaint. Mark’s reply was this was amisunderstandingand Pentagon is not willing to discuss this with me as there are internal procedures to follow. After I insisted that they do not do enough to protect the customer, Mark’s reply was monotone and like read from a typical sales bookthe on-duty manager was not trainedthis is a lie, the branch manager is a fully trained salesperson and it was obvious he was experienced with this kind of claims. 15 June 2021 - Pentagon inspected the car. Pentagon’s general manager phoned and said the car was OK and thefault memorywas empty. He stated that the vehicle is of satisfactory quality and as such a refund will not be provided. 17 June 2021 - Car engine continued to choke and cut off when reversing and check engine light came on whilst driving. 18 June 2021 - I've emailed Pentagon the check engine light picture and asked again for a refund. Pentagon inspected the car for the second time and found the issue. Pentagon changed one component which was not of satisfactory quality. 5 July 2021 - I received an official letter from Pentagon Lincoln. The letter states that the car was repaired and the matter considered closed, effectively admitting the car was faulty when sold and rejecting my claim for a refund. 6 July 2021 - I have complained to TMO and directly to Vauxhall. 9 Oct 2021 - TMO asked for evidence from both myself and Pentagon. I have supplied mine immediately. 1 Nov 2021 - Pentagon phoned and agree to refund. 17 Nov 2021 - I have checked what Pentagon has done with the car and found out it was advertised on Autotrader, seling at £4 more than original purchase. Unfortunately, I do not believe Pentagon is willing to change, and I am convinced this practice of lying and stalling until a regulatory body is involved, has been previously used, and most likely continue to be used on other customers.

    Very impressed, Callum was polite and really helpful, even setting up radio stations and sorting my mob so it was compatible to the in car display. A courtesy call 2 days later to see how everything was, highly recommend. Thank you Callum !

    I have just purchased a vehicle . Mike Woodcock was the person that dealt with my car purchase. He was informative, reassuring and very honest. Even when I had a little wobble about having a test drive in the vehicle by myself. I can highly recommend him for anyone . I will definitely use his services again when I decide to change cars again.

    Call and emailed the branch with no response. Made two appointments for a call back and even had the automatic response to remind me that they were book, but when the time came no one called. I Complained twice to the main branch and still no response. The Burton and Derby branches are great but Lincoln I would not wast your breath.

    We brought our first car from here and was so happy we came back to get our second car. Jess from Citroen was amazing and her service was out of this world. We couldn't of asked her to do anything else. Originally we saw the car on auto trader and I phoned to see the car was still available instantly she remembered me from last year which is always nice. As we're not local she spoke to me over the phone and asked us bits she needed to know. Every thing rang so smoothly. Not unlike your traditional car places where you sit for 15 mins each time while they go and work things out or don't phone you back. It wasn't stressful at all and that was down to JessShe's a credit to Citroen. We just hope she's still there when we go again in the future. Thank you so much Jess. Chloe, Gary and Lola. X

    2yr extended warranty was due to start 19th October 22, rang to cancel beginning of October. Sales and central office have all been in touch with admin. Spoke with admin on the 18th oct to express my concern that i hadnt heard anything. Woman in admin said she was wanting on email and that she would update me. Still no refund or update. Endless call and emails. Poor communication. Shame its front of house that have to deal with frustrated customers like myself. Admin pull your finger out! Seeking legal advice!

    Purchased a Mazda2 from here in March 2017. That was an easy and unhurried process (thanks to Doug). Since then, the car has been serviced twice (including work carried out under warranty). Interaction and communication has been excellent and the service I've received has been consistent throughout. Many thanks to Ash for his help as well. 25/01/19 Just had the front brake pads checked following an advisory comment at the last service. No action was required. As usual, first class service from all at Mazda Lincoln. Thanks again. 23/04/21 I needed a new rear screen wiper blade (mundane but, necessaryDropped in and purchased one and had it fitted (no charge). Total cost5.74. All completed with no fuss and a smile. Taking care of the small things gives me continued confidence in Pentagon Mazda. Thanks again.
