  Maintaining a healthy engine

During a full service, a Pentagon technician will change your oil, the sump plug washer and also replace the engine's oil filter. It's also important to make sure that oil is not escaping from the system, so we'll also complete a full check of the engine and transmission for any signs of leaks and potential problems.

  Checking your levels

  A vehicle's engine also needs to have a suitable level of coolant available, with the correct anti-freeze content, in order to run properly. We'll make sure your engine has a sufficient supply and if not we'll top-up the levels free of charge. A free top-up of the oil in your car's power steering system is also included as standard.   Our technicians will be guided by your vehicle's manufacturer when it comes to replacing spark plugs and the fuel filter. Please note that any replacements would incur an additional charge.
