If you're involved in an accident and you have a camera or a mobile phone with a camera function on it with you, take as many photos of the incident as possible. It may help you to prove your claim.

Insurance companies direct policyholders vehicles into their 'approved' repairers - a network of companies they have chosen with the aim of keeping their costs down. They also dictate the level of service and the quality of the repair you and your car will receive. Also, non original parts are frequently used which may not fit correctly and will probably invalidate your manufacturers warranty.
